Doodah - not trustworthy

Unfortunately Doodah is not reliable or trustworthy, and I would not recommend anyone to make use of their services.

I ordered an item on 22nd Nov 2018, which should been delivered within 7 - 10 therefore by 6th December 2018. The package did not arrive. After numerous emails and telephone calls, and the same number of promises that it would arrive 'in a few days, certainly before 13th December'.

I was finally advised on 18th December that the product has not even been shipped from abroad yet! I thus cancelled my order and was promised a refund the same day (18th December) by Shane Maguire, with an apology.

I have not received the refund yet, despite my emails and calls (which either wasn't returned despite promise, or went unanswered.). This is despite written warning to them that I will proceed with this review if I do not receive a response from them, which unfortunately portrays blatant disregard for customer service or reputation.

I have still not received my refund.
