I don't know anymore

I'm now fedeup with screamer my IPTV stop working a month ago, and still struggling to get it running again if you phone them then they still working on it try to speak to the manager they tell you he will call you back but nothing. there are one guy he tried his best . So I paid for the whole month I phoned the account dep. Asked them for credit they said they will find out , and guess what nothing happened so I don't know what to do anymore. We love IPTV it is a good app, it is just the service when something is wrong that has me fed up
