Hassle, misleading processl and false advertising

Don't-Q is an online visa/queuing service. I submitted and paid for my \Car Change of Ownership\". There was a problem on the system so I called the help deck. The help desk said that instead of an online/queuing processs I would be required to personally deliver my car registration form to them (so instead of them saving me time I have to spend additional time driving to drop off the forms). When I asked to speak to a manager the lady said no one was available until next week. When I asked for a refund the lady said I could not get one until next week. "
