I have not received my Birth certificate

Their website, and Mirriam said that my unabridged birth certificate would be delivered in 4 to 6 weeks and it's now been 13 weeks, every time I call they give me an excuse so now I have given up and will ask for my money back but there is nothing I can do about getting my certificate and I don't think this will even help, I just hope this will stop other people using this company.
