Worst Insurance

There is an car insurance named donsure in Port Elizabeth. I have a third party claim with them. It took them more then 2months to register the claim. Their claint is trying to reach them for more than a week and they don't respond. The is the worst service anyone could ask for. Their client was in the wrong but they want to me to do the claim through my insurance, the broker agent even told me they currently have a claim that is with them for more them 2 years I think that was a tactic they tried force me.
