Donovan Payne and Angelica Walters are con artists, ******* and ********. They have ****** money from so many people over so many years. They have multiple open cases against them and they even don't pay rent and cause landlords to almost lose their houses as they can't service their bonds. They are a disgusting pair of sub humans and deserve nothing less than prison.
