OLD age home - lifts not working

So we visited my 94 year old Aunt in the Donavan's old age home in Mariasburg. Can you believe it they have 2 lifts , only 1 in working and it only takes you to the 6 floor. These citizens needs to walk the stairs to the other floors. So my aunt needs to walk 4 flights of stairs if she wants to go to the shop. Seriously this is inhumane.
