No follow up service

In October 2021 Donovan reupholstered our lounge suite. Service was initially quick and seamless. He indicated that we can contact him if we have any issues. In December one of the couches loosened. Only contacted him early January as it was holiday time. He Promised to come have a look and never made contact again but chose to block us on all possible communication platforms.
