Please be warned that Donovan Greyling of DCL Contracting is de*****ing the elderly and the vulnerable. He takes a deposit and then doesn't return to do the job. He has millions of excuses from hour to hour. When he coughs you know he is not telling the truth. Please be aware and if you come across him please let the police know!
