ORGAN DONATION - ******** BEHAVIOUR

My mother fell and suffered a severe concussion with brain bleeding. After 1 night spent in hospital the Surgeon referred Dr Hendrik Vermooten to her. He examined her and asked my father right away: Are you thinking of organ donation?

My father's answer was NO, we are not in a state to discuss this matter now.

According to law THREE further tests must be done to declare her brain dead.

Please advise to which Legal Team should I take this up.
