Very bad telephone Service

Very bad telephone Service - i just phoned now to ask about a sleeveless Puffer Jacket. the lady (not sure the name - sounded like Lu) she told me that it's an inconvenience for her to help me on the phone, because they are only 2 people in the store and she must help them as well. really ?? i just wanted to find out if they stocked the size i'm looking for. they will never see me again. wonder how bad this lady's service will be in person then?
