Dont judge your client

<p>Took in our X5 as usual for a service at Strand Donford Bmw. They done the service and gave a detailed description of remitten smoke, a nail in the tyre and a leaked shock. We took the van and then we noticed it was smoking. We called in they said we should return it. After a quick check they said its not there fault ...the turbo pipes are leaking. We booked it in and then they fixed it and the problem was still there. SO THIS FRUSTRATES US...WE RETURN IT AGAIN AND NOW SUDDENLY ITS ANOTHER PROBLEM....OH WOW....BMW WE TRUST YOU....BUT NOW WE HAVE LOST OUR FAITH IN YOU.</p>
