I'm happy with the quality

I bought a ring last year may for my anniversary ..The diamonds are coming out I went to branch 3 twice for my ring to be fixed...now i phoned the day after I've collected my ring ..The stones are out t gain and other stone cracked while they were doing the repair asking..I called them asking if they change I was told they can't I need to look for another design ..
