Horrible service

I experienced the most horrible service ever. I thought since the guest house is registered with Afristay it is legit. I booked through Afristay and paid a deposit. Had to cancel my reservation and did qualify for a refund. When it was time to get a refund, the owner was nowhere to be found. Afristay tried to communicate with him to the point where I had to call him myself. Till today I had not received my refund. The guesthouse is a ***** I work hard for my money to be de*****ed like that. If the owner does not have money we could have simply made an arrangement instead of disappearing with my money like that.
