THIRD PARTY NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!

I had a third party claim for an accident that wasn't my fault. On contacting Donald Insurance Brokers, all they do is write to you to say liaise with MUA Legal and Telesure Investment Holdings (who are equally pathetic themselves!!!!) absolutely ridiculous and appauling service. My claim has yet to be finalised and I am left without a mode of transport and all at my cost!!! HOW IS THIS FAIR AND JUST???????!
