Warranty not Honoured

Hi All Please be very careful when looking for a plumber or electrician. We had a blocked drain and it blocked again the very next day. This plumber gives a 6 month warranty on his work and up until today 2 weeks later he still has not come to rectify and honour his warranty. Please spread this to everyone you know so that they do not use his services and get ********** by him as well. We now have to find an alternative plumber to do the work and as you can see by the conversation he has ignored my last few messages and is ignoring the request for a refund. He has repeatedly **** to me and kept on saying he would send someone out and even said he would come himself. You will also see that he has various excuses that he could not come and do the work.
