Please help me get my money

I, Bukeka Monica Masilela *** 087) of 72 Gordon Road Kibler Park, made an application at Donafin (PTY)LTD at 62 Saint Vincent Street, Eldorado Park Extension 9 in 2019 October. The application was for Donafin to claim my money from Anglo Platinum where I worked for 7 years and Southern Union Conference where I worked 3 years. The cost for that request was R1200.00 which was paid on 05 November 2019. I kept going to them to get feedback but the application took a very long time and on 26 October 2020 I was asked to pay R500.00 to escalate my request, which I did. I was told my money would be paid before Christmas 2020 and that did not happen. After several visits to Donafin to check what was the cause of the delay I was asked to pay R100.00 whcich was for the letter of demand which I did and on the form it is written my money will be paid on 19 August 2021. The 19 August 2021 has passed and the money has not been paid. I have been told to expect a call or an SMS that verifies if I am the correct person and I have never received any of the sort. The money that I was told will be paid into my bank account is R330 000.00 and it has not been paid yet. May I ask you to please help me get my money because the waiting has been too long now.
