I would like to lodge a complaint against Donafin (Pty) Ltd My aunt made an application at Donafin (PTY)LTD at 62 Saint Vincent Street, Eldorado Park Extension 9 for her pension fund, IN 2019 she paid numerous amounts every time she went to check the progress of her application, she was informed that ALEXANDER FORBES WILL DO THE PAYOUT AND WILL BE IN CONTACT WITH HER IN DUE TIME, 2 weeks back she was told that she will be paid on the 1th of October 2022, but to her surprise after numerous attempts to get clarity from ALEXANDER FORBES, only today she received a call confirming that they do not have her money and that the said company is a ****, please assist by exposing this company and getting her money back which she paid for administration, a lot of people go there with hope that they will get their pension money unaware that they are being ****med, this has caused her ill health and frustration and could be the last straw for her survival these are the people running this business representatives Sean Westcott (“Mr Westcott”) and Leon Lincoln (“Mr Lincoln”). Please help and involve the police, ALEXANDER FORBES CONFIRMED TO HER TODAY THAT THE COMPONY IS A ****, PLEASE INVESTIGATE TE ISSUE FROM BOTH COMPANIES
