Complain

They have terrible service , I took my TV for repair and they make me pay R1300 and a guarantee of 3 months. Within the 3 months guarantee I took the TV back to them for more than 4 times. Obviously they unable to fix it and the 3 moths will be end on the 31 of August . When I ask my refund to Gerry he just told me to bring TV back to shop she need time to see what exactly problem is . After a week he will call me to fetch TV that will only play for 2 days. I'm I wrong to ask my money back. Please assist. Thank you
