Utterly disappointing

<p>Bought 2 leather chairs from this company 3 years ago in the amount of R 16000.00. They have lost their colour, they have stained and they are in an appalling condition due to the low quality of the leather. These chairs are good for nothing and have to be stored in a store room, you would be to embarrassed to use them any where. We contacted the owner, Costa of the shop numerous times and sent him photos of the chairs. After nagging him for about 6 months, he picked up the chairs 6 weeks ago and since then we have waited and waited while he supposedly inspected the chairs and referred them to the factory he owns. Now he has returned the chairs in their appalling state and excepts no responsibility for the ******* he has sold us. He is actually trying to refer us back to the company that he buys his leather from. I paid so much for these two wing back chairs and I was so proud of them, just to be totally let down by Domus Furniture. So really don't waste your money at this small time furniture store in Pretoria. Rather go to large companies with a national footprint like Coricraft who honour the furniture they sell and provide a superior guarantee. </p>
