Good platform, support needs work

It's easy to use and I like that the tasks and gigs are fairly simple to understand. Getting around the platform hasn’t been difficult either. My main issue has been the support. It can be difficult to get a clear response when you need help, which takes away from the overall experience. The platform itself is decent, but the support definitely needs improvement.
