3 month old account lost, support haven't been able to help

Please help me recover my account. I’ve been locked out and have a lot of assignments I need to complete. I’ve tried getting help from support but I’m not getting anywhere. Really frustrating because I just need access to my account. I'm leaving a negative review until this gets sorted
