Worst service ever

I ordered a pizza this evening (17.05.2019) at 6.33pm and it is now 8.53pm and i have still not received my order. Ive called the call centre and the branch Church Street in Westville durban and all have given me same story that my order will be leaving shortly. This has been the message for the last hour and a half. Ive also tried to cancel the order but they wouldnt accept that and said i cant. I find it most unprofessional that they cant be upfront. At the church street branch i spoke to a Dwayne or Blaine. Not sure at the call centre. This is totally ridiculous and unacceptable. It is also not the first time dominos have messed up. They also dont deliver a full order, often forgetting the cooldrink you order. I understand that today mightve been an odd day due a special however atleast have the decency to tell the truth and allow the customer the right to cancel! It is now 9pm and i am officially waiting two and half hours for my order!!!!!!!
