Worst online delivery order ever

At 18.56 I placed an online order(Order Details : Order #: 36403 ) for a delivery of pizza..after completion and payment,I received an order that PICKUP will be ready, I phoned said branch immediately and stated that I requested it as a delivery,as I don't drive(would otherwise, never have ordered anything). Then I was informed that the driver wasn't in currently and it would be delivered as soon as he is in(even though it clearly says that any order not delivered in 30 minutes would be free) I then waited for another hour and commenced to phone them 4 times in a row,and all 4 calls were cancelled by them,so no help there. Then at just about 21.00 I managed to get hold of their customer care,explained this to the guy on the other end, to be assured that he would get back to me as soon as he has sorted this problem out and now it is already 01.22 on Sunday morning and still no word from him either. The question now is, will I be forfeiting R121.70,for something I have never received? I am really so disappointed, especially as a friend referred me to these guys and it turns out to be nothing more than a nightmare
