Worst experience!!!!

<p>I had ordered Pizza's online on Friday 13th January 2016 for my birthday, this was to be delivered at 19:30pm. I called in at 18:08 to add to my order online without luck and decided to call the Bellairs Mall Branch in Northriding which is less than 5km's from my house. I made 80 calls, with their phone number saying "busy", finally get a hold of them and had to SPELL out my entire sentence to be heard. I then managed to confirm my new order after 20 minutes on the phone. At 7:30 no one arrived, quite embarassing as we had visitors over. We waited till 9:00 and still no appear, as frustrated as i was i decided to drive out to Debonairs and managed to get all pizza's done within 12 minutes!Wow great service DEBONAIRS!!! The delivery guy arrived at 21:30 saying that he apologizes as they had to remake all pizza's?? We sent him back, this was the worst experience i have encountered and will not be ordering from here again, first and last! Not one call from anyone to explain to date! All thumbs down, poor service, poor online system which states no delivery but actually delivers, and when they say they do deliver it never arrives, amazing!!!! TERRIBLE, SHOCKED, DISGUSTED, BIRTHDAY NIGHTMARE!!</p>
