Wierdapark manager needs to be fired
Received message that driver left. Delivery from Wierda Park is 1.1km away, stood outside in the cold for 15 minutes with no feedback. Called and asked for manager. Received response that food was not up to their standard and they remade it, while on the phone, no prior feedback.
Manager was aggressive when I asked for a refund, yes I swore at him that it's not acceptable and manager slammed phone down. On call back and manager refused to take the phone.
This isn't bad customer service it's non existent. Cold food, no manners and refusal of refund for cold food...
If food was "remade" why did it arrive cold?
