What a joke.
<p>First of all, I would like to point out that the quality of their pizza is top notch. This complaint is only for the PATHETIC service I received at the branch. I order 2 pizzas and with their special I should receive R50 off for each pizza. I wait for my 2 pizzas and after 40 minutes they realize that they have given my pizza to someone else, so someone else also received the wrong order. Then they come and apologize and offer to make me an extra pizza to apologize. I accept the apology and extra pizza but when the new pizza comes, I only receive 2. Not my original order and an extra pizza. Apparently the cashier never took my order correctly and I also NEVER RECEIVED MY R50 OFF OF ANY PIZZA AS APPARENTLY YOU HAVE TO REMIND THEM OF THEIR OWN DAMN SPECIAL!! By that time I was fuming so I just took my pizza's and left. Sort your front staff out as they are a joke. </p>
