Very bad service, worst first experience ever

Me and my husband decided to try Domino's for the first time tonight. We were one of the firsts to order, number 1595 at 18:22. According to their order board, when our order was done, I went forward to get the order. After 30 minutes, no pizza yet, and people around me also started yelling that they either had been waiting for way too long, or their order was completely wrong. A woman was waiting more than an hour by then. Eventually we got a response from one of the employees that \the first batch of names were not sent through because of loadshedding""; their chicken was suddenly finished and people who were waiting for more than 30 min to an hour were asked to change their orders. After waiting for almost an hour with shouting angry people around us and staff either ignoring us or telling us our order still has one pizza to go; we asked for our money back and left;an hour and a half wasted. This was an EXTREMELY bad experience which cost Domino's a lot of costumers. We won't be going back."""
