Verbally attacked by manager
After making an honest mistake regarding my address for delivery, I was phoned by the manager and verbally attacked for “Not being able to use the internet” and instructed to “Fami****ise yourself with the internet before ordering again” and hung up apon. When I then phoned the store again, wanting to speak to the manager regarding this incident (not knowing it was the lady that just phoned me) I was greeted by the same lady and the same horrible attitude as before. Needless to say, I do not expect her to have a job much longer.
