Thanks for the cold pizza!

Worst service ever from your management at the Kimberley branch, ordered custom pizzas online, collected, got home and we got chicken instead of bacon with our extra mushrooms, upon returning to the branch Geraldine convinced us not to ask for a refund with her amazing service and willingness to sort out the order and instructed the staff to prepare the correct order. However our hunger for pizza was soon gone from the poor service received from the supervisor/management. Who snarkely stated: "When one pizza is not correct, the whole order is not correct" thus saying we must accept that one of the pizzas will now go cold while we wait for the correct pizza. She (management) prepared and gave us a raw dessert. Management can learn a great deal about customer service from Geraldine, in our opinion Geraldine must be promoted to supervisor because she knows how to keep customers happy but her gestures which would have convinced us to return in the future was undermined by management who does not seem to care about keeping customers happy & returning.

We're not going to support this branch until all your staff including management can be more like Geraldine, who put customers first.
