Terrible Telephonic Ordering Service
I've now tried twice to order pizza's for delivery but with no luck. Myself and a colleague have tried ordering pizza's over the phone for delivery and both of us just end up ordering somewhere else because its just too frustrating. The first time i tried i got frustrated and went in store to ask what the issue was... If you cant hear or understand someone on the phone why not say so! The first excuse was they had a trainee on the phone. A week later i bet its the same lame excuse. Why is your telephonic ordering service not as great as your in store service? Will my 3rd and final attempt work next week? Who knows...
