Terrible service, cold pizza, rude staff

17:47 We order 2 pizzas from Domino's Hatfield<br> 18:06 We received a notification that the pizza is on its way.<br> 18:30 Received 5 calls from the delivery guy rudely telling my wife that he is outside the house.<br> We look everywhere and can't see him. We phone him back but he puts the phone down.<br> 18:38 We phoned the branch to inquire where our pizza is. We informed them of the rude delivery guy and they then said he is back at the branch with the pizza's <br> They took down the wrong address. Somehow they heard F#### Odendaal street instead of F#### Oerder (My wife spelled the address for them) They send the driver to the correct confirmed address.<br> <br> 19:05 we phone asking where the pizza is. They blame the rainy weather for the delay. Ask if the pizza is still warm. The phone is put down with no response.<br> <br> 19:34 phoned again - spoke to manager. Manager confirms its unacceptable to wait this long<br> <br> 19:45 pizza arrives - Ice cold and terrible.<br> <br> The driver says its R219. We pay R240 (still including a tip) (didn't get a slip) (we can't make out what he is saying)<br> <br> 20:08 they phone telling us the amount to pay is R249 and we owe them money.
