Terrible service @ Domino's Kosmosdal

<p>Called Domino's Kosmosdal Centurion on 18 May 16 at 18:20 and spoke to Regina. Had to give my address and cell phone number 3 times. Even after the third time I get told (when I call in again 60 minutes later to check on my order) that she took down 9 numbers and got my address wrong.</p> <p>She may be a trainee but that's no excuse to recording ALL customer details incorrectly. It another call from me an hour later for them to explain. All that was required is for them to redial my landline as reflected on their call register but NO that would be affording me undue courtesy.</p> <p>At first tried to place the order via my cell phone. We got cut off. I called again and gave her the same details and she told me she rudely couldn't hear me properly. I then called the 3rd time from my landline and again, gave her the details and spelled the street and estate names. Miraculously she still got my details wrong. </p> <p>Throughout this process Regina sounded indifferent and very rude. Bring a trainee is no excuse. This is pathetic.</p>
