Terrible food and the service

Worst experience ever from mount edgecomb dominos I ordered a pizza from a call center based on JHB for a delivery in Phoenix Durban then I speak to someone that can’t speak properly on the phone but I order my pizza I was told it will be 20 minutes but it was a lie where I waited over an hour after an hour the guy calls me from the branch and they had the wrong address something that I didn’t provide to them I waited another 20 minutes after that call outside my house still eventually the pizza has arrived when I arrived it was cold I ordered thick base but it was a thin base that I received the pizza had few pieces of meat on it very less half the pizza was stuck on the box and broke when I tried to take it out however I couldn’t eat it the crust was burnt and brokened up I have the slip of my order and I have the picture and my call logg I am terribly disappointed that I wasted my money on and airtime and data on something that was not worth at all I would like to share this because it’s sad to work so hard for a R100 and when you spend that 100 on something that was terrible worst pizza of my life Rowen Pillay ********** 460 ********** Something reasonable needs to b done about this ASAP I have the pictures for proof
