Terrible attitude and service

<p>I arrived at home after a long flight and found some advertising at my apartment from your company. The free delivery part appealed to me as I was tired from the long flight. I called your Umhlanga Rocks branch and was "assisted" by a very unfriendly and unhelpful lady. She asked me for my address but it sounded like her co-workers were having a ball of a time next to her, so much so that she couldn't even hear me. I got annoyed and asked her to tell them to keep quiet for a few seconds so that she could hear me. She comp**** but sadly, still she could not get my address right. How frustrating. I asked to speak to the "manager" who was just as helpful and at this point I realised that I am fighting a losing battle. I expressed my dissatisfaction about the calibre of staff they employ and proceeded to get my food from Pizza Boys, who by the way, got the order right the first time.</p>
