Terrible and unorganised service!!!

We have ordered from Dominos a couple of times & have never had a bad experience. Until Saturday. We placed an order online as usual and I received a confirmation email as well as order number. We waited 50minutes and nothing. I called the call center twice. And both times the ladies I spoke to said they would call me back. So we drive to the Waterglen shopping centre where we order the pizzas from & they have no idea what order we talking about. So we leave. The pizzas then arrive after 1hr & 30 minutes and they were cold and squashed. Very disappointed!!!!
