Takes about 2 hours for them to deliver a pizza

Server 8311<br> Order 16888<br> I've called Domino's Milnerton and placed my order at 6:56pm. I gave my address where they should deliver and my cellphone number. And was told that my pizza will be delivered within 27min. After waiting 54min I called again. Was told that they *****ed up and that they are very sorry and that they will send it now with a coupon to apologize for this mistake. Just after 8pm the driver arrived, without the promised coupon and an ice cold pizza. I could have started a fire, invited a couple of friends over, drank a few beers and grilled a few skaap tjoppies, which I can serve warm to my friends in less than 2hours, but I did not have time for that so I order Domino's, biggest mistake of my life, but I decide to give domino's another chance. So I gave them another call to tell them I did not receive my coupon but I did receive my ice cold pizza, they apologize and told me the manager will call me back.
