Something small but stands out
The other night I ordered pizza from Domino's (there pizza may be pricey but it is the best out there) and while waiting I randomly received an sms to let me know what the driver's name was and that he has left the shop and is on route with my delivery. Something so small yet makes them stand out so much from ANY other place out there and I just want to say well done for great pizza and great customer service!
