Shocking service

Bought pizza from Glenwood Durban branch it was not fully cooked in the middle. They sent me another which was burnt black all around the outside. Clarice the manager said she would send me another today but she is not in and not answering her cell. When I asked for the head office number they said they don’t know it. Apparently she should have been there at 2 but she isn’t. I always dealt with the Windermere branch and had wonderful service. Pity they have shut down.
