Shocked - STILL WAITING
I cannot believe at the poor service we were given not once but twice from Dominos Pizza n Rivonia. Last week we ordered 3 pizza's which arrived over an hour late, were the wrong type of pizza's and one was not even cut. We phoned to complain and were offered complimentary pizza's which we decided to take for this week. We phoned at 10am to confirm the order and they said all was fine and that it would be delivered at 12pm. It is now 12:45pm and no pizza's have arrived. We called to find out where the pizza's were and they did not know what we were talking about. We have since been put on hold waiting for a manager and I am still waiting. <br> <br> Very shocked at this. You give an organisation a second chance to prove themselves or to better themselves and this is what you get. Absolutely unacceptable!
