so Friday was a fun night ordered at from you guys at 18:00 at 19:30 pizza still didn't arrive called the store no answer called customer care a lady picked up and tried to assist me she then told me she will call me back when she gets hold of the store at around 20:00 still no one called me back called customer care again and the same lady picked up and she was telling me she cant get hold of the manager and i told her just phone me in 10 min to tell me if you hear anything or even if u dont and she said she will do so but then 21:00 comes and still nothing so i call again and a gentleman answered his name Daniel and he told me he will call the manager and he told me he will call me back he so he did he told me the manager will call me and 10 min later she did then she told me the driver just left i must wait 5 min and if he isn't there i must call her back so i waited for 14 min and he was still not here when i tried to call back they kept saying the manager is busy call back in 3 min and that's what i did 7 times i got fed up and decided ***** this i called the call center and luckily Daniel answered and he told me he reported the store and the lady managers name is resilwe (not sure of spelling) he then requested a refund for me and canceled the order so 3 hours of fighting for food this is unacceptable and im still waiting for my refund but what made it worst was the manager kept lying to me telling me its on the way
