Shame on you Domino's, you can do better!

I made an order with Dominos Amanzimtoti for four pizzas. we were shopping in a nearby centre, ordered online and carried on shopping while watching the progress online. When it said the pizzas were ready we made our way to the store. upon entering the store we found the staff to be very busy so we waited in line to collect but noticed our names were not displayed as ready to collect. once at the front we were asked to pay, before we could pay the man helping us took a call and proceeded to take another order and walked away, he came back and swiped our card and again walked away without giving us a slip. He went to get our pizzas and saw that only two were ready and went to the back and shouted at the staff to make the other two pizzas as per the order. He came back to say they are still busy so my husband asked why the app said they were ready if only two were made and also why we should accept two ice cold pizzas and two steaming hot pizzas, again the man just walked away. We asked the lady behind the till to please supply us with a slip and she walked away to get someone else to provide us with a slip. the pizzas were then handed over, no serviettes and we were not even told goodbye. The service was shocking, the pizzas were cold, no fault of our own and we were not happy with how we were handled and pushed aside.
