Sent Pizza 1 hour 30 mins after order even though the guarantee delivery in 30 minutes!!
<p>Ordered Pizza at 6:30pm on Friday 25 November 2016. At 1 hour later still no delivery from Dominos Kosmosdal. I called customer care and reported it as I could not get hold of the store after numerous attempts. They said they would fix it. The pizza arrived 1 hour 30 mins later -the delivery guy advised me that its a Friday and they are very busy. Got an email from customer care on saturday saying we fixed it- lol YAY!! I'm supposed to be happy that they eventually delivered my pizza. This is a joke because being an international brand they should more on top of their game than their local counterparts.</p>
