We were unhappy with the service we got from them almost a week ago, the manager phoned and apologised and explained what they are going to change to make deliveries run more smooth. He promised (11:00 the morning) that he would send us complementary pizza's at 20:15 (time we chose) Exactly 20:14 the pizza's were at our front door!!! Well done!! Thank you!!
