Raise their voices to clients
I made an order for delivery at dominos and the Lovemore (delivery man) came while I was in off my desk for a less than five minutes meeting and he decided to leave. When the instructions were for the driver to call me on my cell. <br> What's worse is when I call in to ask what is going on he starts shouting as if speaking to a 5year old child. When I try and ask what his name is he shut me up with \NO! make sure you are downstairs in five minutes \" before I could give my instructions as a customer. <br> I called to speak to his supervisor \"Johan\" and asked to be called for an apology and he promised I will be called and I am still waiting for Lovemore after an hour.<br> "
