Promised Refunds never delivered

I attempted 8 pizzas to be delivered to my office via the Online Order System. I created an account and associated an address. Selected the pizzas that were required, selected the delivery address and then went through the online payment process. Only once the payment was complete, did the site report back that there is an issue with the address and that my order would be refunded within a week. <br> No problem, I tweaked the address in an attempt to make it valid and attempted the ordering process again, but the same problem ocured: The address was reported as invalid, AFTER the financial transaction was complete.<br> <br> I gave up and ordered the same meal online via collection, which gladly worked.<br> <br> 7 days passed, but no refund was processed. Submitted query via the Contact Us page<br> <br> No feedback from that after a week. Tried to call the only number on the website, which is 0861dominos, but greeted with a 'this number does not exist'. Called the Branch I collected from and queried for a number to get the refund, but he had to call me back when he found it. When he did call back, he could only give me the 0861 number.<br> I want my refund!!!
