Poor telephone manners
<p>Phoned the Windermere branch to place an order. Rude from start to finish. Tried to explain that the Internet order wasn't working. Chap on phone wasn't interested. Placed my order and before I was done he put the phone down on me. Let's hope my order comes. Didn't catch his name because he didnt bother to say it. If this person is the man dealing with you customers telephonically, I wish you all the best. This is the last pizza I order from you. </p>
