Poor service delivery
I'm so disappointed in Domino's pizza Faerie Glen. We ordered 3 pizzas and waited 50 minutes for delivery. The delivery guy forgot the dipping sauce and said he will get it and be right back. We waited another 40 minutes. This is unacceptable service and I regret telling any of my friends how good Domino's Pizza is after this poor service. Then when we phoned them to enquire about it, the manager, Lebogang, told us that the delivery guy got back, cashed out and went home. All of this after we have already paid for everything. They did not offer to send someone else with the dipping sauce or refund us,they only offered a coupon for our next order which is useless since I never want to order from them again and make sure none of my friends order from them either.
