Poor service delivery
On 06/03/2018 ordered pizza at 12h23 and at 13h35 the driver only arrived with excuse that his transport is not right and had to push it. The delivery over an hour late and after phoning the store the manager said I must be patient the driver on his way. This resulted in a warm cold drink and cold pizza. The same incident occurred on 17/01/2018 the same store. This how we satisfy and keep customers.
