poor service and delivery structure

<p>I called Domino's pizza in amanzimtoti nd spoke asked if they deliver to lotus park isipingo nd the lady taking the order said she thinks so. So we proceeded nd she took my entire order and said hold on and speak to the driver. He informed me they don't deliver in lotus park. I said let me speak to the manager Mrs Sibahle Nzama came on the line and she said they don't deliver in lotus park it's out of their 7km radius. I googled nd nowhere it stipulates this on their website. I even suggested they can institute a delivery fee. Not sure if I live further than 7km but I will drive through just to check distance. But it's very dissapointing to do the entire process of ordering nd be told they don't deliver to lotus park which is not far from amanzimtoti.. the manager Coul d have used her discretion to make a n acception especially after I already ordered. That's pathetic won't be recommending domino's pizza to any one in future. </p> <p> </p>
